The application process

Overview

Like many other financial service providers we need to review the performance of your company to confirm your eligibility and repayment percentages.

We look at three main areas to assess your performance.

  1. Marketing Data
  2. Revenue Data
  3. Accounting Data

We capture this information through our online dashboard.

What do I need to do?

Create an account

You will be sent a unique url that will allow you to create an account in our dashboard.

Connect your data

We require

  • at least one account for both the marketing data
  • at least one account for your main revenue data.
  • for the accounting data we require you to upload all three documents outlined below.

If you don't have an account we integrate with, please click 'other' add the name of the platform you are using and we will get in touch to discuss alternatives.

Submit your application

Once all data has been provided you will see a Submit button on 'Your Application' page so you can let us know when you're ready.

Marketing Data

At present, we connect to either your Google AdWords or Facebook Ads account. For more information on how to connect your accounts click on the links below.

Revenue Data

At present, we connect to either Shopify or Stripe to confirm your revenue data.

Accounting Data

At present, we ask for several key documents. These are:

  • Profit and Loss Statement - minimum 6 months
  • Balance Sheet - minimum 6 months
  • Bank Statements - minimum 3 months

For each upload we can accept PDF, CSV, Excel Sheet. For the Bank Statements if you need to upload multiple files please create and upload a ZIP file.

What happens when I submit my application?

When you submit your application its status will move to 'In Review' at this point you will be unable to edit the application. We then undergo a series of steps to review your application information to determine eligibility. Regardless of whether we can help or not, one of the team will give you a call within 48 hours to let you know.
